There are three computer laboratories in our department, two of which are equipped with 20 computers, one projector and an air conditioner and generally used for the lab work with hands-on assignments from the lectures. When available, these labs are also open to student use for their homework, projects, etc. The 3rd lab is called “Student/Study Room” and is reserved for student studies. It is equipped with 14 computers, four tables placed in the middle of the lab to provide a collaborative working space and a seating area with comfy chairs to provide a relaxation space for students to chill out when they take a break from the study. In all three computer laboratories, students can access to the Internet via cable or wireless connections.
